Siamo una coppia di Inglesi che vive sulle colline di viticolture a Pietra de’Giorgi, nell’Oltrepò Pavese, nella provincia di Pavia, circa 55 km a sud di Milano. Abbiamo allevato ed esposto cani per più di 30 anni, Insieme abbiamo allevato oltre "60 Campioni Italiani" oltre che Campioni Inglesi, Campioni Mondiali, Campioni Europei, Campioni Giapponesi, nonché "Pluri Campioni".
 Alan utilizza l’affisso ‘Van-glenalan’ e Shirley l’affisso ‘Zeabo’. Alan si è trasferito in Italia più di 20 anni fa ed ha trascorso un periodo molto lungo in società con l’allevatore e rinomato giudice di cani, Luciano Bernini, allevando ed esponendo i loro cani sotto l’affisso’del Narciso’. Il successo maggiore di Alan ed il cane più famoso fu il bearded collie "Hell Narcisco de Chester" il quale divenne Pluri Campione e titolare di ben 11 riconoscimenti.

Alan è giudice di cani in Inghilterra ed in tutta l’Europa dal 1980. Recentemente ha cambiato da ‘Giudice Inglese ’ a ‘Giudice Italiano ’ e nel prossimo futuro spera di essere anche giudice per le varie razze del gruppo di cani di lavoro.
Alan guidicare anche Bearded Collie, Border Collies, Shetlands and Pembroke Corgi, adesso fa esami per Collies a Pelo Corto e Bobtail.

Shirley è arrivata in Italia 15 anni fa, dove inizialmente allevava ed esponeva i Bulldog Inglesi. Alleva e porta in esposizione i Border Collies da oltre 13 anni ed il suo ultimo successo è stato di creare un campione internazionale, ‘Van-Glenalan McKenzie che con la collaborazione ed il duro lavoro di Liuba Musso ha superato il test di lavoro. Shirley è anche una toelettatrice professionista e toeletta cani da oltre 20 anni.

We are an English couple living in the vine hills of Pietra de’ Giorgi, Pavia, south of Milan, Italy. We have both been breeding and showing dogs for more than 30 yrs. Between us we have bred or owned over 60 Italian Champions plus English, International, World, European, Japanese and Multi Champions. Alan uses the affix Van-glenalan and Shirley the affix Zeabo.

Alan first arrived in Italy more than 20yrs ago and spent many years with the famous all round judge Luciano Bernini showing and breeding his dogs under the affix of Narcisco. Alan’s greatest achievement and most famous dog was the bearded collie Hell Narcisco de Chester who became Multi Champion and holder of 11 titles.
 

Alan has been Judging collies in England and on the Continent since 1980. He has recently changed from English judge to Italian Judge and in the near future hopes to judge more breeds in the working group. Alan now judges Bearded Collies, Border Collies, Shetlands and Pembroke Corgi, and is doing exams for the Smooth Collies and Bobtails.
 

Shirley arrived in Italy 17yrs ago, when she first bred and showed English Bulldogs. She has bred and shown Border Collies for 15 yrs and her latest achievement has been to make up an International Champion. Van-glenalan McKenzie with the hard work of Liuba Musso doing the working test with him. Shirley is also a professional groomer and has been grooming dogs for more than 20 yrs.

In the future we hope to continue our success with the showing and to bred healthy, happy dogs.
